Returns & exchange

Due to the nature of our products we are not able to accept returns for non-faulty items, items which have been worn, altered or the tags removed. All products are thoroughly inspected by our shipping department to assure that you receive your garments in perfect condition. Exchanges for faulty items are only granted for the same style, color, and size. We understand that an evening gown is a significant purchase and we're here to answer any questions you may have before you decide to place an order.  Please consult the size chart for the right size and if you are “between sizes” order the bigger size since it is easier to “take in” a dress than to “let out”.

 However rare, in the event of a faulty or defective item if you wish to process an exchange you may submit a request via email to noceroyale@gmail.com within 1 business day of receiving your order and one of our Representatives will contact you to confirm if your request has been authorized. (Exchanges are only available for the same style, color and size provided, that the item has not been worn and the original tags are intact.)

 Upon authorizing a return, a nocesroyales.ca Representative will contact you by email and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

 Please note any packages that are returned without an authorization will not be accepted.
